Gather and document business objectives, specs, and requirements. Identify business
problems by analyzing client and stakeholder needs. Design and document business flows
and processes for small and medium projects. Investigate operational issues to find
opportunities for improvement. Gather BRD documents for enhancements. Attend JAD
sessions to gather quality requirements. Use Agile/SCRUM to plan, manage, and deliver
solutions.
Skills required: SQL, PL/SQL, Rally, JIRA, ClearQuest, ClearCase, UML, JBase, DB2, Oracle, Agile and Waterfall. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Business Administration with 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is required.
Work location: Lewisville, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
